It's our First Anniversary!

In our one-year anniversary episode, Daphne and I talk to Luth Brodie of Reel Expression -- our first interview with an animator!  We also announce our Avatar of Style and read some comments from our listeners.  There's also an incomprehensible voicemail from one of our favorite friends.  Want to know more?  Sorry, you'll have to listen to the show!

Our year-anniversary Avatar of Style is Mr. Davey Hullabaloo.  When he's not busy slinking down catwalks as a model for Imagen Divine Agency or snapping pictures for NetroSanct Studios, he's the editor for the new Homme magazine.

It was just a year ago Tamara and I were gearing up for our first interview and the launch of our podcast.  Since then we have had 20 1/2 Episodes, 24 Interviewees, 9 Avatars of Style and more store reviews than I want to count.  As we get ready to record this weekend we are remembering some of our favorite moments of the past year.  We would love your input too! So, think back over the year (ok, that's what the archives is for) and let us know what your favorite Going Broke Moments were or just send us well wishes and we will include them on the next show.

Miko Omegamu's Icing is the destination for classic feminine styles.  While she has definitely mastered the flexi prim, her system skirt outfits are what truly set her apart from the crowd.

Onyx LeShelle's Maitreya is one of my favorite stores in the metaverse!  While her clothes, hair and poses are adorable, what really made her famous are her shoes.  Her textures are just about the most realistic and sumptuous around.  She makes glossy patents, buttery leathers, soft velvets, and luscious suedes.  Of course, the styles and colors are up-to-the-minute as well, making shoe shopping at Maitreya positively addictive!

In a dramatic castle on the Avilion Mist sim, Serenity Sieyes and Malakh Giles display their fantastic clothes and jewelry.  Focusing on fantasy wear, Avilion Mist is filled with elaborate flowing gowns and capes, intricate jewelry, and even attire for tinies.
